The villa is 120m2 and has capacity for up to 6 adults. If more people (small children) are desired, just ask. The villa is very suitable for families with children. It is also handicapped accessible thanks to the entrance ramp and wide doors.
The house consists of two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen, a storage room, and a winter garden or glazed terrace, which also serves as a dining room and TV room.

The following costs are calculated depending on the season:

From October to April inclusive 100 euros per day.
From May to June inclusive 120 euros per day.
From July to September inclusive 150 euros per day.

There is also a cleaning fee of 60 euros per stay. Minimum stay is three days. When booking, a security fee (for possible damage) of 300 euros must be added. This amount will be refunded after check-out and an inspection of the rooms within 3 to a maximum of 5 working days.

Pets are welcome. There is a fee of 5 euros per day and per animal.
